Shawn Tolu of AHP’s asset management team was nominated by his colleagues at AHP for this award based on his exemplary individual achievement, commitment to quality in carrying out job responsibilities and positive attitude toward work responsibilities. As employee of the month, Shawn will have several privileges around the office including choosing the office music and the office snacks for the entire month. He also decides where the company will dine for their monthly luncheon, and has selected nearby Bar Louie.
Started with AHP:
Shawn started with AHP in October 2013 after earning his finance degree at DePaul University.

Role at AHP:
As an asset manager at AHP, Shawn’s responsibilities include prompt resolution of assets by interfacing with homeowners, servicers, agents and other stakeholders.
