IMN has a noteworthy series of mortgage-related conference, having established our Residential Mortgage Servicing Rights Forum series, now in its 4th year, and a very successful launch event: The Inaugural Mortgage Notes, Non- & Re-Performing Loans Symposium (West). The West Coast Forum took place in June in California and welcomed 500+ Institutional NPL & Note buyers and service provider participants as well as 30+ exhibitors/sponsors. We are excited to continue the conversation by bringing the Mortgage Notes & NPL/RPL Forum to the East Coast for a second installment, January 30-31, 2018, at Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
With around $5 billion in RPL securitizations so far this year, and approximately $20 billion in non-performing loans already sold in 2016, the conference is well-timed for the industry to discuss the trading in the market.
